About Dr. Noah
My story
As a child, I was often unwell — I had one of the thickest medical records at the clinic.
Spending so much time with doctors sparked a simple wish: how wonderful it would be if people could get well quickly and not have to suffer the way I did.
That seed grew into my calling to pursue medicine.
Later in life, when my father was suddenly admitted to the ICU after a stroke, I experienced the other side of healthcare — the anxiety and helplessness of being a family member.
I still remember the on-call consultant who, in his pyjamas late at night, patiently listened to us, explained what was happening, and reassured us.
His empathy left a lifelong mark on me: sometimes, what patients and families need most is clear communication and a listening ear.

My Approach
Empathy & support
Hearing the words “you need surgery” can be frightening.
I make it my role to listen first — to understand your fears and concerns — and then to guide you through your options with compassion.
You are never alone; the OSD team and I will support you throughout your recovery.
Clear, informed communication
Medical jargon can be overwhelming. I believe you deserve to fully understand your condition and treatment options.
I take time to explain clearly, drawing on the latest research, so you can make the decision that feels right for you.
Confidence & competence
You can trust that you are in capable hands.
I work closely with expert colleagues in different specialties to deliver care at the highest standard, always putting your safety and comfort first.
"True healing comes from both skill and compassion. Patients may forget the procedure, but they will always remember how they were cared for. Surgery is not only about precision — it’s about presence, empathy, and helping people feel safe in their most vulnerable moments."

Beyond Dentistry

Service has always been close to my heart.
I have joined medico-dental and humanitarian mission trips across China, Nepal, Myanmar, and Africa, where we cared for communities with limited access to healthcare.
Beyond my surgical work, I have spent more than 15 years teaching Sunday School and leading children’s ministry in church.
At home, my wife and two daughters are my greatest joy and inspiration.
I also love coffee and books that spark curiosity and exploration of our shared human experience.
